My name is Ruby Luscious and I’ll be your new headline honey!

I love sultry vintage glamour and feeling luscious on as well as off the stage. Ostrich feathers, rhinestones, satin and lace. I love the way my corset hugs my waist and the soft feeling of my stockings.

For me burlesque is pure escapism and the ultimate outlet for my creativity. My biggest source of inspiration is the technicolor musicals of the 1940s and 50s. I love the costumes, hairstyles and coreography of the chorus girls.

I combine authentic jazz, charleston and blackbottom dancing with striptease. I am based in Stockholm, Sweden where I have my own variety show in which I try to recreate a little piece of what I imagine the bawdy shows of the last century was like. I made my debut in the summer of 2009.
